Y&R spoilers have made it clear that Victoria will not be giving up her CEO of Newman Enterprises position without a fight. She may have played nice with Nikki and Nate, but, inside, Victoria is seething. And exploring her revenge options. Victor wants to be head of his company again — the one he gave Victoria to run. Victoria is about to make it so that he can never be head of anything again.

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) tried to talk Victor (Eric Braeden) out of his course of action. He refused. So Victoria floated the idea to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) that Daddy might be unwell. Victoria is worried that the stress of being CEO again might harm his health. And if Nikki and Victor aren’t buying it – maybe a judge will.
Victor Newman: Medical Assistance
First and foremost, Victoria has a doctor on her payroll – and in her bed. Surely, Nate (Sean Dominic) would be happy to testify that Victor is losing his mental acuity in a major way. It’s not like he’d been to make up or manufacture symptoms. Put Victor in front of a judge, ask him a leading question, and stand back as the Newman patriarch yells, stomps, and foams at the mouth, making grandiose claims more laughable than terrifying. We often wonder how Victoria, Nicholas (Joshua Morrow), and Adam (Mark Grossman) can get through an old man talking without bursting into giggles. A judge will have no choice.

Y&R Spoilers: Character Witness
Nate and Victoria aren’t the only ones who could testify that Victor has lost control. Nick and Adam will make great witnesses. We’re sure Audra can be persuaded to add her two cents. Sally (Courtney Hope), too. After all, they wouldn’t be lying about how Victor would tell them one thing one day, and then change his mind for no reason the next. Victor might think he is being the devious shark he always was. But a judge might see something different. The same way viewers do.
