Adam did have a point, 3% shrug. He has Precious Connor (Judah Mackey) with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), and Christian with the late Sage. You can see why he expects he’s a boy dad, kind of guy. And you agree with him.

Why not twins, 9% suggest. Sure, considering they did a paternity test, they’d have this information by now. But it’s a soap. Anything can happen on a soap! Let’s make one twin Adam’s, that’s what the paternity test showed, and one twin Nick’s (Joshua Morrow). Days of our Lives did it with Sami. Guiding Light did it with Blake (they thought). Y&R might as well go there, too. And as long as Victor (Eric Braeden) is the grandfather of both Sally’s (Courtney Hope) babies, the world will continue turning.

It will be a girl, 33% predict, and her name will be Hope, after Adam’s late mother. Can’t you just picture Adam as a girl dad? Connor is a pre-teen and has Adam wrapped around his finger. A toddler girl? The poor man won’t stand a chance!

As long as the baby is healthy, 55% of voters don’t care about gender, and you suspect Adam and Sally won’t, either. Adam’s biggest concern will be that the child didn’t inherit the medical condition which made his mother go blind, the same one that young Connor had, which required him to get cornea donations from Billy’s (Jason Thompson) daughter, Delia. If his and Sally’s baby is also in need of a transplant, who will Adam drive over in the road this time?
