Y&R spoilers proved that Phyllis is still the same old Phyllis. When Kyle confronted her, she turned on the waterworks and made it clear that everyone was to blame for her desperate situation except for her.

Y&R Spoilers Speculation

Kyle (Michael Mealor) didn’t completely buy it. But he also didn’t carry out his threat to turn her over to the cops immediately. What should happen to Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) down the line? Here’s what over 3,000 fans predict we will see in her near future. (And here’s another interesting theory we had about this situation.)

Young and the Restless: No Option of Parole

Phyllis should have the book thrown at her, 12% insist. She committed crime after crime after crime. Yes, she made her children, Summer (Allison Lanier) and Daniel (Michael Graziadei) sads. But she also, you know, manufactured evidence, faked her death, and, oh, yeah, killed a guy and dumped his body. Put all those sentences together, and we’re talking about life in prison!

Y&R: Just Like Everyone Else

No one in Genoa City ever pays for their sins, so why should Phyllis, 27% wonder? Diane (Susan Walters) didn’t have to serve any time when she faked her death, so why should Phyllis? How many people have Sharon (Sharon Case) and Adam (Mark Grossman) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nick (Joshua Morrow), and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) killed, and they are none the worse for wear. Only Lily (Christel Khalil) went to prison (in recent history), and even she came out within the year.

Y&R Spoilers: Split the Difference

How about this, 61% propose: We’ll pretend we buy the self-defense plea against killing Jeremy (James Hyde), even though we saw what really went down, but she still has to stand trial for all the other stuff. Murder is off the table. But that still leaves plenty of other fun to unpack. There is still obstruction of justice and probably quite a bit of bribery and extortion, too.
