Sure, Lily (Christel Khalil) and Daniel (Michael Graziadei) can pretend all they like that they’re just keeping it casual, having fun, no commitments, no labels. But viewers know that isn’t true. We know that Lily and Daniel have already gone through the big things in their lives. Like, you know, going on the run because Daniel is accused of murder. After you’ve gotten so close and lived through so much, you are never going to be casual again.
Young and the Restless: Here Today, Gone Tomorrow
Sure, it might feel like there’s still a lot of unfinished business. Named Heather (Vail Bloom). They just broke up a few months ago. And now she’s in Genoa City. And she’s defending Daniel’s mom. Their concern over Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) could bring them closer together. And remind them of their time as a family with Lucy.

Y&R Spoilers: The Kids are Alright
But as far as the majority of fans are feeling, sure, they can take it slow, and, sure, Heather will still be in their lives. But it doesn’t matter. Because we know this is endgame, even if Lily and Daniel don’t yet. They’ll hardly be the first couple fans anointed before they even realize they’re in like, much less in love. Just keep going like you’re going. Just keep drawing like you’re drawing. Soon, you’ll be drawn together, and it will be just like the decades in between never happened. Lily and Daniel forever!
