Y&R spoilers promise that Jack and Diane and Ashley and Tucker’s nuptials won’t be the last time we see rice thrown and champagne drunk in Genoa City. There is a long line for that marriage license, and we have a hint of who’ll be marching down the aisle next.
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) wed her last husband on the spur of the moment, and Ashland (Robert Newman) turned out to be a liar and a con artist. So why should she possibly think twice about marrying Nate (Sean Dominic)? Victoria already knows her current bed buddy will lie and scheme whenever it suits him. So she’s well prepared, but she may hold off a bit before deciding to tie the knot.
Whenever Sharon (Sharon Case) spends any amount of time around Nicholas (Joshua Morrow), she ends up pregnant and/or marrying Nicholas. While the baby train has likely sailed, Sharon is about to go to work with Nicholas. So how long until they feel those old feelings again? Maybe Noah (Rory Gibson) and Faith (Reylynn Caster) will return for the ceremony if these two decide to try to make a go of things again.
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) hasn’t fixated on a man and demanded that he fix all her problems in weeks. She’s due for a relapse. And Billy (Jason Thompson) happens to be standing right there with no particular plans of his own. These two might exchange vows out of sheer inertia, which is the only reason we’d have for watching them.
But, in the end, Abby (Melissa Ordway) will prove to be the next bride. She is living with Devon (Bryton James). They have a child. She planned her mom’s wedding, so she probably has a discount coupon for the next ceremony. And she caught the bouquet that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) threw. It’s science!
