Y&R spoilers revealed that Kyle is currently very, very disappointed in his wife. He’s even more disgusted with his mother-in-law. On the other hand, Kyle is ecstatic that his faith in Diane has been validated: His mommy not only didn’t try to kill Phyllis, but Phyllis is the one who’s been in the wrong, all along.
Now Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) parents are getting married, and all is right with the world. But is he headed for disappointment? Here’s what viewers speculated would happen in this multi-time back-from-the-dead situation.
Nope, not this time, 8% of you predict. Diane (Susan Walters) has left her wicked, wicked ways behind. Yes, this is the woman who ticked off half of Genoa City, then faked her death and abandoned her son. But she was a different woman then. This Diane is new and improved. And she loves her precious Kyle more than anything.
We have no idea what is going on, 20% of the audience says. From the moment Diane returned, it’s been unclear what her deal is. Did she just want a fresh start with her son and the love of her life, or is she scheming with Tucker (Trevor St. John)…Jeremy (James Hyde)…Audra (Zuleyka Silver)…anybody…to take over Jabot, like Ashley (Eileen Davidson) suspects. If that’s the case, Kyle is going to have his heart broken yet again. Cue the quivering chin and welling eyelids!
Oh, of course, she will, speculate 72% of you. Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) has been right all along. Diane is evil, and she is always working an angle. All she needs to do is clear herself of those pesky murder and fraud charges, and Phyllis will blow this case wide open! Sure, Kyle might get all sniffly, but Summer (Allison Lanier) will rub it in that her mom is the best mom. Is there anything more important than that?
