Y&R spoilers tease that Chance is currently at loose ends on the romantic front. He dumped his wife Abby after catching her cheating on him with Devon, and she responded by taking their son and moving out.

The only reason there is any kind of sparks flying between Sharon (Sharon Case) and Chance (Conner Floyd) is because they are both bored, 25% of the audience sighs. He’s not with anybody, she’s not with anybody, they might as well be alone together. This isn’t a love match. This is a match made in passivity.

Y&R Spoilers: The Right Stuff

An almost equal 28%, on the other hand, are intrigued. This could be interesting…if it’s handled right. Chance is damaged. And Sharon does love her damaged men. He’s getting professional therapy, why not some personal care, as well? She can finally put her degree to use. And he can finally be with a woman who isn’t pretending he is what he isn’t and recognizes the man he actually is.
