Phyllis Summers is dealing with a setback.
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, July 24, 2023, tease that Phyllis encounters something she may not be able to overcome. Plus, Jack encourages Diane to pull out all the stops to win. This is sure to be one dramatic episode you won’t want to miss.
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) thinks she has a great chance of not having to pay for her recent shenanigans. She not only faked her own death and framed Diane (Susan Walters), but also, she ended up killing her new husband.
After being on the run for weeks, Phyllis finally returned to Genoa City. She waited until the EMT had been found…it’s just too bad it was Tucker (Trevor St. John) instead of Michael (Christian Le Blanc) who located the man.
Christine (Lauralee Bell) seems dead set on prosecuting Phyllis despite Heather’s (Vail Bloom) arguments that she shouldn’t. Phyllis and Christine have a sordid past, and she isn’t going to pass up a chance to ensure that Phyllis pays for her latest crimes.

Phyllis hits a roadblock. Is it something to do with Tucker or Christine? Who knows, maybe even Summer (Allison Lanier) or Daniel (Michael Graziadei) could be the ones who cause an obstacle.
Jack (Peter Bergman) left town to go to New York and meet with a board member. He kept it on the down low, but Ashley (Eileen Davidson) found out about it. Jack encourages Diane to play dirty, and it could end up causing some major problems.
