Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) are at the Genoa City Athletic Club, and it looks like they can’t believe their eyes. For some reason, Claire (Hayley Erin) is there, and she’s using her phone. They don’t seem in the least bit pleased to see Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) assistant, especially without Nikki. Could it be that they realize something is going on? Perhaps they haven’t heard from Nikki in a bit.

If looks could kill, Claire might find herself mortally wounded after this encounter. Of course, she has a plan she’s looked forward to her entire life, so she’s probably willing to put up with some anger on the part of the Newman family to make things happen the way she and her Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) hope they will.

Victoria also finds herself at Newman Enterprises, and she looks incredibly unhappy as she stands outside the door to her dad’s office. Things aren’t going well with her lately, considering her demotion at work and her breakup with Nate (Sean Dominic). She uses her phone, but it doesn’t look like whoever she’s calling has anything helpful to say to her. Is this about Nikki, or is she finding out news she doesn’t want to hear about something else?
