Things seem to be looking up for Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Summer (Allison Lanier) at least for now. At Jabot, they share a moment and a hug. However, things appear to go off the rails when Adam (Mark Grossman) shows up to confront them. Summer looks none too pleased to see her uncle, and she has her arms crossed to prove it.
Kyle seems to contemplate his life choices as he stares into the distance with a worried look on his face, and it seems like he was right to be worried because next, he faces Jack (Peter Bergman). After Adam let his co-Chief Executive Officer know about Victor and Kyle colluding, Jack’s certainly not going to be pleased with his son.
However, it looks like Jack might have bigger issues looming. That’s because Chance (Conner Floyd) shows up to see him at the Abbott mansion. We suspect Chance wants to chat a bit more about that robbery in Chicago. True to form, it’s just not sitting right with the detective.
As for Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), she instantly realized what Jack and Diane (Susan Walters) did, and when she runs into Diane at The Grand Phoenix, there’s little doubt she’ll turn the screws a bit.
Finally, Adam looks surprised at something Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) tells him at Crimson Lights. He also finds himself at a table filled with Billy (Jason Thompson), Chelsea, Johnny (Paxton Mishkind), and Connor (Judah Mackey). Not surprisingly, Adam doesn’t look thrilled.
