The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, April 19, keep Nikki finally thinking for herself and making her own decisions instead of being marginalized by an all-knowing Victor.
Jack (Peter Bergman) agreed to join forces with Victor (Eric Braeden) when it comes to getting Harrison (Redding Munsell) back from Jordan (Colleen Zenk). Victor, however, did not agree to work with Jack.
Rather, Victor will make decisions, and Jack will abide by them. That’s how cooperation works, right? Someone has to be the brains of the operation. And Jack certainly doesn’t expect Victor to be the one taking directions.
We can only hope that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has had enough of both of them. Sure, Jack has been much more solicitous of Nikki’s feelings through this than Victor has, but even he is pushing her out of the equation. Nikki doesn’t respond well to being ignored.
When she drinks, she tends to not think through her actions. And Nikki has been drinking. Forget Victor’s plan, forget Jack’s pushback. Nikki is going to take care of this on her own. She’ll get back Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) son…and make sure her granddaughter isn’t blamed for any of it.
These days, Genoa City only turns to Sharon (Sharon Case) for two reasons: Coffee (OK, maybe a muffin), and therapy — when nothing else seems to be working. She popped in to see Ashley (Eileen Davidson). Only to have Billy (Jason Thompson) explain Dissociative Identity Disorder to her.
Now, Adam (Mark Grossman) wants Sharon to help him out with Connor (Judah Mackey, who shared this BTS). Or, rather, to help him out with the fact that Billy seems to be in charge of Connor’s diagnosis. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) listens to his opinion over and above anyone else’s. Including Connor’s father. Can Sharon fix that for him? Thanks so much!
