The Y&R spoilers for August 8 – August 12, 2022, tease a startling revelation, a Dudley Do-right with too much time on his hands, and so much more. This will be a week you won’t want to miss!
Mere moments following his confession to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) that it was indeed he who caused Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) untimely demise, Nicholas and his sister are visited by unfortunately named super cop Chance Chancellor, who’s got some needling questions that he wants answers to…answers that only Nick and Vick can provide.
Will the siblings be able to pull a con with the same panache as their pops — The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) — or will they give it all away and be forced to face the consequ-BWWWHAHAHAHAHA. We did it. We almost got through the whole sentence without laughing. Can you imagine? A Newman actually paying for something?
After running into Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and trying and failing to both impart some words of wisdom and lighten his buddy’s load, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) extends a job offer. Adam, working for his father’s enemy? That could make for some juicy drama.
In other Y&R spoilers news, Nick and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) commiserate over their past, Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) career takes an unexpected turn, and Phyllis Summers (Michell Stafford) makes a bold move.
Meanwhile, look for Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) to turn to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), a man who is most decidedly not her beau, and to then take her actual beau to task for his “relationship” with Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose). Trouble in paradise, no?
Finally, Y&R spoilers have Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) putting Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) in an uncomfortable position. We know not whether this is meant metaphorically — i.e. she forces him to dig deep for their supposedly no longer maudlin podcast — or literally. For example, might she once again broach the subject of spending time with biological son Johnny?
