The Y&R spoilers for Friday, September 9, 2022, are, as per usual, all about Victor Newman’s view of how the world should be. At the same time, Nate Hastings decides to proceed as if he’s Victor Newman…er, as if the world already is the way he thinks it should be, and Adam Newman wonders if the world might not be a better place if he made some different decisions.

The Y&R Spoilers Highlights

Meaning when he made him Chief Executive Officer, then instantly fired him the minute favorite daughter Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) deigned to return; when Victor decided that Victoria was good…but he’s still better. Victoria doing a wonderful, fabulous, spectacular job running Newman Enterprises. Except Daddy has a few suggestions. And when he says suggestions, he means orders. Immediate ones.

Young & Restless: Full Steam Ahead

Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) nixed the idea of Chancellor-Winters holding their own music musical. So Nate (Sean Dominic) decided to go ahead with his plans to have Chancellor-Winters hold their own music festival. Surely, considering what a great job he did at the last board meeting, everyone will side with him. It’s better to ask forgiveness than permission, right?

Y&R Spoilers: I Think I Better Think It Out Again

Chloe Mitchell Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrikson) yelled at Adam for continuing to pursue Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) yelled at Adam for coming to work at Jabot. (Well, so did Victor, but that’s his standard M.O.) The constant pile-on is prompting Adam to rethink some of his life choices. But will it prompt him to change his behavior, too?
