The Y&R spoilers for Friday, September 17, 2021, are all about Dominic’s biological mother and father, as Victor Newman, Ashley Abbott, and Mariah Copeland all do what they think is best for Abby Chancellor, while Amanda Sinclair has a surprise for Devon Hamilton.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
Victor (Eric Braeden) takes a break from obsessing about Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) upcoming marriage to remember that he has another daughter, and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) takes a break from her European lifestyle to drop in on Abby (Melissa Ordway) and see how she’s doing with a new baby – and a husband who continues to prioritize the globe’s safety over his wife and child. Victor has some thoughts on the matter. We had no doubt he would. Ashley just frets generally.
Young and the Restless: Third Party
At the same time, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), who is still getting over being kidnapped and giving birth with no medical intervention, is also looking out for Abby. She decides she’s going to move out in order to have a clean break from Bowie.
It’s killing her to do it, but she thinks it’s best for everyone involved. Abby agrees. Abby always agrees with getting her own way. As Victor and Ashley’s daughter, how could she not? It’s how she’s lived her entire life.
Young and Restless Spoilers: Next Steps
Amanda (Mishael Morgan) seems to have finally put the mystery of who killed her biological father behind her, as we haven’t seen Sutton Ames (Jack Landron), Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey), or Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) for weeks. So we’re going to assume that’s all over.
This means Amanda has more time to devote to Devon (Bryton James), and his growing attachment to Abby and Chance’s child. Will she distract Devon and help him to move on? Or will she remind him that she’s a lawyer. Who drew up Abby’s surrogacy contract. And so she knows how to break it?
