The Y&R spoilers for Friday, September 16, 2022, are all about uncomfortable pairings, as Lily Winters and Devon Hamilton continue their professional…disagreement, Sally Spectra and Nicholas Newman wonder what they’ve gotten themselves into, and Victoria Newman plays Let’s Make a Deal…with quite possibly the wrong person.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
Lily (Christel Khalil) thought it would be fun working as one big happy family when she invited Devon (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) to join forces with her at Chancellor Industries. She didn’t expect the two cousins to almost instantly be at each other’s throats.

And she certainly didn’t expect her own brother to push back against her idea. Lily wants everything to be smooth and peaceful. So how will she react when Devon refuses to get with the program?
Young & Restless: The New Normal
Sally (Courtney Hope) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) are two single, consenting adults who had every right to have sex if they wanted. Maybe not in the office…and maybe not while Nick is technically her boss…but no crimes or even moral infractions were committed.
Where do they go from here, though? They’ve got some awkward details to figure out. And it’s not just how Adam (Mark Grossman) might react when/if he finds out. There’s also Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Y&R Spoilers: On a Roll
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) boasted to Nick that all her recent business deals were huge successes! She is on fire, and no one can get in her way! Will her latest partnership result in yet another triumph…or will it be one of the worst decisions she ever made? (You’ve got to wonder how bad that could be after the fiasco with Ashland Locke [Robert Newman].) Either way, we suspect she’ll find a way to spin it and make herself come out looking good. She got that from her daddy.
