The Y&R spoilers for Wednesday, September 15, 2021, once again center on Ashland Locke’s past. After coming completely clean with Victoria Newman (he says), Ashland offers an abbreviated version to the rest of her family. Victoria pleaded with them to respect Ashland’s – and her – privacy. But Billy Abbott isn’t feeling it. And he intends to make a move that even Lily Winters can’t condone.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
Ashland (Richard Burgi) unveiled for Victoria (Amelia Heinle) the same tragic childhood and self-made man story that has won her father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), so many fans over the years. How could it miss?
Victoria calls Victor, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) over so Ashland can sing the same song for them. She expects Victor to be empathetic, Nikki to be sympathetic (she did some social-climbing and past hiding back in the day), Nick to be indifferent, and Billy to be neutralized.
Victor makes it clear that Ashland is only telling them this because he loves Victoria, he knows that her family loves Victoria, and he is proving his love for Victoria by becoming such an open book. So if they want to prove they love Victoria, they should keep what they learned to themselves.
Young and the Restless: Nope
Billy listens to Ashland. And he doesn’t completely buy it. He thinks there’s more, and he wants to keep digging. Lily (Christel Khalil) cautions him against it.
You know how Billy broke up with Victoria because he blamed her for not supporting his every self-destructive whim? Be careful, Lily. You’re entering the same territory. If Billy doesn’t get his pat on the head and Scooby Snack, he starts looking around for greener pastures. Hey, is Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) still around? She was good at fluffing Billy’s ego – no questions asked.
