Coming up next on The Young and the Restless, you’ll see some scenes featuring Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and his maybe girlfriend Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Will this be the time they plan their joint future, or will the focus remain on her professional life? Plus, in something that shouldn’t shock anybody, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) clash over Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Young & Restless Spoilers: Future Plans
Nick helps Sally plan her future on Wednesday. She recently declared what she wanted — a drama-free romance with somebody who saw her as an equal. While she didn’t specifically say Nick, that was certainly her insinuation because Adam certainly can’t be described as drama-free. Of course, Nick has his share of drama at times, too.
While they put their heads together to help figure out what Sally should do next, could they end up discussing their personal futures as well? Perhaps, especially if Sally’s made her choice. As for what job, well, it would probably be weird for Nick not to mention that Nate Hastings’s (Sean Dominic) old job at Chancellor-Winters is open. Perhaps Sally would be a good fit there — especially since she just met Jill Foster Abbott (Jess Walton).
Y&R Spoilers: A Difference Of Opinion
Billy and Adam differ on how to help Chelsea, which is no surprise. Adam wants to know why Billy is still involved in what happens with Chelsea, and the two men are likely to have some back and forth about how to best move forward.

While Adam shares a child with Chelsea, it’s clear that Billy is committed to helping her get back on her feet, so don’t expect to see him bow out easily. Billy will likely stick with Chelsea until she’s feeling better, and Adam likely won’t love it at all. Ultimately, though, both men really need to put aside their animosity to make sure Chelsea makes it through this.
