We don’t blame Sharon (Sharon Case) for needing comfort following the unexpected — and pointless — death of her husband. We don’t blame her for clinging to other people in her life and for turning to the one man who has always been there for her, no matter what.

We do blame the Y&R writers for teasing that another Sharon and Nick (Joshua Morrow) reunion is in the offing. We have been there. We have done that. So. Many. Times! What possible new — or interesting — twist do they think they can bring to the table?

Young and the Restless: Shaken, Not Stirred

Sharon is Rey’s (Jordi Vilasuso) widow. Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), Noah Newman (Rory Gibson), and Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) were his stepchildren. And then there are his mother, brother, and sister in Florida.

But let’s not forget Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan)! She and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) were supposed to go to a hockey game with Rey the night he died! Their grief at losing him is indescribable! Which is why Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson), who knows a little something about going off the deep end, is worried that Chelsea is about to do it — again.

Y&R Spoilers: Wait and See

Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) is about to tie the knot with Mariah. They’ve already offered to postpone due to Rey’s death. Sharon ordered them not to. But will a bit of last-minute news rock the boat in any case? Are we looking at an even earlier wedding than originally planned — or an indefinite pause?
