So this is the opposite of what Gertrude Stein said about Oakland. There is plenty of there…there.

Traci (Beth Maitland) has seemingly one purpose in life. It is to offer advice to her loved ones. Whether they ask for it or not. She’s been offering Billy (Jason Thompson) her love and support from the time he was a little boy, whether it was to deal with his drinking as a teen, his complicated love life as a young man, or his gambling problems as he ages out of “angry young” and into “cranky old” man. And Traci is there for Billy yet again. Offering guidance not available from a podcast studio. Or even a call-in audience.
Young and the Restless: Father Knows Best
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is fiercely obsessed with daughter Summer Newman Abbott (Hunter King). Which is why it’s easy to forget that she also has a son, Daniel Romalatti, whom she had no contact with when he was growing up, and doesn’t speak to now that he’s an adult with a child of his own. That’s why Phyllis is the perfect person to reassure Jack that it’s OK…it happens to the best of us.

Meanwhile, Lily (Christel Khalil) continues to pressure Devon (Bryton James) into merging his business with the one she is currently running. She insists it’s what their dad, Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) would have wanted. You know, the same reason Devon used to demand joint custody of Dominic.
