Y&R Spoilers for June 28, 2021: Summer Has A Favor To Ask Of Billy

Y&R spoilers for Monday, June 28, continue to stretch out Summer Newman’s departure as, despite the family jet being gassed and ready to go (what, you thought she’s fly commercial to Italy; as if!) she sticks around long enough for one more confrontation with Kyle Abbott… and to ask a favor of Billy Abbott. Plus, there’s news for Sally Spectra!

Y&R Spoilers Highlights

Kyle (Michael Mealor) decides that just because the last half-dozen times he tried to convince Summer (Hunter King) not to call off their wedding and move to Italy didn’t work doesn’t mean he shouldn’t give it one more chance! Maybe he just didn’t look disheveled enough at the time?

So a drunk Kyle goes off to confront Summer, rocking some manly five o’clock shadow. He cries, she cries. Still, nothing changes? More stubble, maybe?

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Plan B

Y&R spoilers go on to reveal that Summer takes a break from sobbing at her cruel fate in being banished to gorgeous Italy in the summer for her dream job, to actually fight back for a change. (Why? Being a martyr is SUCH fun!) She goes to Billy (Jason Thompson) and asks him for a favor. She figures he owes her after he had totally consensual sex with her after months of her coming onto him.

Billy was angry at Phyllis for cheating on him with Nick, so he slept with her willing daughter. Obviously, Summer is the victim here, and if Billy doesn’t see that, well, then. In any case, Summer makes it clear to him that he owes info about Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) and Tara Locke (Elizabeth Lenier).

Y&R Spoilers: Not So Fast

Now that Summer is (almost) gone, will Sally (Courtney Hope) get the dream job she’s been hoping for from Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey Bregman)?
