The Y&R spoilers for Wednesday, July 6, 2022, are a case of chickens coming home to roost, as Victor Newman gets an insight into Ashland Locke, Nick Newman and Chloe Mitchell Fisher both get unexpected invitations, and Phyllis Summers wallows in self-pity.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
The knowledge that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is back home makes Victor (Eric Braeden) feel all warm and smug inside. Obviously, his daughter has gotten the best of Ashland (Robert Newman), and soon his family will be back on top where they belong.
Furthermore, Ashland hasn’t struck back yet, which means he has no ammunition to do it with, and thus Victor need never worry about a threat from that man again. He is such a great father to have raised a daughter so clever in business!
Young and the Restless: Job Fair
Everyone except Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) fully understood that his tenure as CEO of Newman Enterprises was just a temporary placeholder until Victor got the best of Ashland and reinstated one of his favorite — i.e. Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) children to the throne.
Victor may not be ready to plop Victoria back in yet. She still needs to tell Daddy how wonderful he is and how she was just following in his footsteps with her latest stunt. But, in the meantime, wouldn’t it be nice if Nick (Joshua Morrow) kept the chair warm. He doesn’t want his little brother getting too comfortable, does he?
Meanwhile, Sally is out there making hiring decisions like she thinks her new position will last any longer than Adam’s. And Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is finding her offer more and more intriguing.
Y&R Spoilers: All About Me
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is sad that she ruined everything with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). So she feels sorry for herself and pretends to soul search. There is very little there to find.
