The Y&R spoilers for Friday, July 30, 2021, end the week with a return, a double-cross, and a clue as Rey Rosales comes home, Adam Newman and Chloe Mitchell Fisher plot, and Phyllis Summers snoops.
Y&R Spoilers Highlights
In a development that proves Genoa City does not exist in our universe (the lack of facemasks over the past year and a half were our first clue), Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) – the victim – was assigned to accompany Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) – the woman who tried to kill him but escaped punishment by faking insanity – on a visit to her con-artist mother. Rey was supposed to make sure Chelsea didn’t escape from protective custody. Except now he’s coming home…and Chelsea isn’t? So, yes, Genoa City justice at its best!
But that’s not important. What’s important is that when Rey left, his wife, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), once again promised to stay away from ex-love (her’s and Chelsea’s) Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Guess what Sharon hasn’t been doing while Rey was away.
Young and Restless: Other Interests
Y&R spoilers remind that Adam hired Chelsea Lawson’s best friend, Chloe Mitchel Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson) to work for him. Chloe hates Adam because he killed her daughter. Adam isn’t too crazy about Chloe because she tried to kill him – multiple times.
But, sure, they’ll play nice at the office. Maybe it’s because each has a plan to bring down the other. Or maybe because hate isn’t the opposite of love…it’s a compliment to it.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: You’ll See… You’ll All See
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) vowed to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) that she’ll prove Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) are responsible for Summer Newman (Hunter King) getting her dream job in Milan. She just needs to find the perfect smoking gun. And if she has to break a couple of laws to do it, eh, it wouldn’t be Phyllis’s first time. Watch your seafood, Genoa City!
