Y&R Spoilers For July 19: Phyllis Summers Is Plotting Her Revenge

The Y&R spoilers for Tuesday, July 19, 2022, promise a whole host of bubble, bubble, toil, and trouble, as a trio of women gets together to put a third out of commission for good. Plus, Adam Newman decided to prove his love to Sally Spectra…in the most backward way possible.

The Y&R Spoilers Highlights

Forget that olive branch she extended, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is determined to shuffle Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) out of Genoa City…and preferably off this mortal coil if she could figure out how not to get caught.

And because Phyllis knows that two heads are better than one, she reaches out to a pair of women who want Diane gone as much as she does. There’s Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), the woman who was accused of murdering Diane and who has had multiple run-ins with her.

Young and Restless: The Missing Piece

And there’s Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). Who…uhm…is also a woman…of a certain age…who happens to be in Genoa City at the moment…without a storyline.

No, wait! We’re sure it’s because Ashley is protecting Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Yeah! That’s the ticket! Ashley is protecting Jack Abbott from Diane! And maybe Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Harrison Locke (Ellen Enriquez) too. Sure, why not?

Y&R Spoilers: For Your Own Good

Since Adam (Mark Grossman) is convinced the only way for Sally (Courtney Hope) to keep her job is for the Newmans to believe they’ve broken up – he has no idea Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) told Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) that he sees no point in keeping Sally around without Adam…he makes a decision.

Adam decides to make the ultimate sacrifice and break up with his girlfriend…for love. He tells her she’s dragging him down, he tells her he doesn’t need her. He basically gives her the same speech every hero does to protect the heroine. Let’s hope Sally doesn’t buy it.
