Y&R Spoilers For January 4: Chloe Warns Adam He’s Playing With Fire

The Y&R spoilers for Tuesday, January 4, 2022, pick up in the new year, as Chelsea Lawson decides Sally Spectra needs to be taught a lesson while Chloe Mitchell Fisher warns Adam Newman that he’s about to be caught in a trap not of his own devising. Meanwhile, Victoria Newman and Lily Winters find themselves on opposing sides…of an issue much more important than Billy Abbott.

The Y&R Spoilers Highlights

It didn’t take Victoria (Amelia Heinle) long to figure out that Billy (Jason Thompson) was putting on an act – he can’t even succeed at pretending to fail, and she was willing to go along with it…in exchange for a piece of the action.

Now Victoria is acting like she’s in the catbird’s seat, and Lily doesn’t appreciate her attitude. It may seem like the two women are fighting over a man, but this is actually about power. Who cares about Billy? There are boasting rights at stake here. And there’s a woman against woman story we can really get behind.

Young and the Restless: Traditional Values

Meanwhile, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) hasn’t gotten the memo that women can be more concerned about their careers than some guy now, as she looks ready to blow up her second chance in the design business – as long as she can take Sally (Courtney Hope) down with her.

Sure, Chelsea thinks she’s just setting a trap for the woman who dared spend New Year’s Eve with the guy who fathered Chelsea’s kid – and thus is supposed to be at her beck and call forever – but when have Chelsea’s plans ultimately not turned around to hurt her most of all?

Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) knows what her friend is capable of and tries to warn Adam off. But he also thinks he can take care of whatever happens. No one in Genoa City ever learns anything, do they?
