The Y&R spoilers for Monday, January 3, 2022, ring in the New Year with Adam Newman and Sally Spectra drawing closer…as a rabid Chelsea Lawson seethes. Plus, Chance Chancellor has a confession to make to his wife, and Sharon and Rey look back at the past…instead of the future.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
Adam (Mark Grossman) and Sally (Courtney Hope) decided to do nothing on New Year’s Eve…together. But that was before Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) decided to make a dramatic production of how much she misses her ex and how good they were together and doesn’t he want to try again?
Nah, Adam actually does not. He sticks to his plans with Sally, and the two get closer (remember how close they got in Italy…before he called a halt to it? New year – new you?). But when Chelsea catches them, she has a whole host of things to say!
Y&R: Not Good Enough
From the moment she found him in Spain, Abby (Melissa Ordway) has made it clear to Chance (Conner Floyd) that he’s had his fun. Now it’s time to be exactly the kind of husband and father he promised to be when they exchanged vows over a year ago. And if he doesn’t feel up to it, well…Abby doesn’t want to hear about it. Unfortunately for Abby, it’s time for her to hear about it. Chance has something to say.
Young and the Restless: The Way We Were
Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) has spent more time catching up lately with Chelsea than he has with his own wife. And Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) has spent more time holding Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) hand through his break-up with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). The two finally remember they’re a thing and come together to discuss everything they went through in 2021. Hey, at least they didn’t have to do it in masks.
