The Y&R spoilers for Friday, January 28, 2022, discover Jack Abbott making like Mr. Incredible and demanding to know why the world can’t just stay saved, while Victor Newman is back in the cat-bird seat…and loving it, even as Nicholas Newman gives his son some advice that boils down to: Don’t be like Grandpa.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
Jack (Peter Bergman) left Genoa City to put out some Jabot fires elsewhere – but he didn’t expect to return to even more disaster which bubbled up in his absence. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is cooking up a new scheme, Abby Newman Abbott Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) is being forced to share custody of her baby with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has flown the coop to Italy.
Is Jack supposed to be the one to fix all this? He knows his dad, John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) would have, and Jack always wants to live up to his father’s legacy. But is he up to the challenge?
Young and the Restless: All Kneel Before Victor Newman
Enough of this letting my children lead their own lives and making their own decisions! Victor (Eric Braeden) is putting his foot down. If they don’t live them the way I want them to, even worse, if it looks like they might surpass me in any way, well, it’s my duty to swoop in and stop them. That means you, Victoria Newman Locke (Amelia Heinle), and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Family means everything to me, you know.
Y&R Spoilers: Father To Son
Meanwhile, Nick (Joshua Morrow) is also giving his son some advice. Though we suspect it will be less, “Don’t you dare outshine me at work, Noah Newman (Rory Gibson),” and more, “Hey, your mom says you’re still in love with your sister’s girlfriend. Maybe you should try…not doing that.”
