The Y&R spoilers for Friday, February 4, 2022, find yet a new wrinkle in the Abby Chancellor and Devon Hamilton parenting situation, while Noah Newman is determined to be on his best behavior as Mariah Copeland and Tessa Porter celebrate their engagement.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
Now that papers are signed, Abby (Mellisa Ordway) and Devon (Bryton James) should know exactly where each of them stands when it comes to Dominic’s care. It’s Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) who is the odd man out. He’s Abby’s husband and Dominic’s legal father, but now Devon is calling himself “Daddy” and decorating Dom’s room at the penthouse.
So how are the three of them supposed to handle that? And what happens when Dominic makes it clear he prefers one set of parents — and one home — to another? Will the trio be able to handle it like adults, or will this turn into a contest? And wait until it’s time to pick where Dominic should go to nursery school!
Young and the Restless: Playing Nicely
Abby, Chance, and Devon aren’t the only awkward trio struggling to navigate an uncomfortable new normal. Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) are engaged, but Noah (Rory Gibson) just confessed his lingering feelings for Tessa. And Tessa shared them with Mariah. Now the three of them being in a room is just uncomfortable for all concerned.

So what will happen when Tessa and Mariah celebrate their plans for the future? Noah promised he won’t stand in their way or make this uncomfortable for them. Can he keep his word, though?
Neither mom Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) nor dad Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) seem particularly confident that their baby boy can keep his thoughts to himself. And Mariah and Tessa definitely deserve better. Especially on their big day.
