The Y&R spoilers for Wednesday, February 16, 2022, take one step closer to us figuring out what exactly Victor Newman has up his sleeve when he turns to the son he just demoted for yet another little errand, while Victor’s daughter demonstrates why she’s a chip off the old Mustache and Victor’s other son worries about his mother.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
Victor (Eric Braeden) made it clear to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) that he didn’t think his boy was up to snuff by telling Adam Victor was now going to be more involved at Newman Media and, oh, yeah, Victor is selling the company out from under him to his sister, Victoria Newman Locke (Amelia Heinle).
But, obviously, Victor still thinks that Adam is good for something. Instead of running a media company, Victor wants Adam to focus on spying on Ashland Locke (Robert Newman). He basically wants him to be a flunky. Oh, and to take the blame with Ashland if anything goes wrong, natch. Adam should take it as a compliment! Victor only asks the children he loves most to do his dirty work for him!
Y&R: On My Own
Meanwhile, Daddy’s little princess continues to kick butt and take names in the boardroom. Unlike the newly kicked-in-the-teeth Adam, Victoria only feels more empowered. Which is why, when backed into a corner, she feels no qualms about striking back — hard.
Y&R Spoilers: Put the Load Right on Me
While Victor is busy playing his children off against each other, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is struggling to keep the peace. And she is exhausted. (Think Luisa from Encanto, only with Newmans instead of donkeys). Victor clearly doesn’t care about his wife’s feelings. Nick (Joshua Morrow), however, does. Will Nikki be touched by her son’s concerns…or offended?
