The Y&R spoilers for Friday, December 16, 2022, tease a big confrontation, a shocking betrayal, a whole new venture, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a bit of this upcoming episode.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
Well, both Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) vowed to protect Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). They whisked her away to the Abbott cabin (how long has it been since that place was mentioned?), and now they’re making sure everybody knows that Diane left Genoa City, but they don’t know where she went.
As part of their efforts to protect Diane, Jack and Kyle confront Jeremy Stark (James Hyde). Although he’s repeatedly said he’s not in town for nefarious reasons, everybody believes that Jeremy is hellbent on doing some damage — namely to Diane, but maybe to her family too, especially little Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez). Will Jack and Kyle be successful in their quest to get him to move on? Getting rid of Jeremy probably won’t be quite that easy.
Young & Restless Spoilers: You’re Fired
Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) finally told the truth. Yes, she is the one who lured Jeremy to town in the first place — just like Diane accused her. Jack was furious, and Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) seemed to feel the same way as her father-in-law.
That’s why it’s a bit surprising that Phyllis is shocked by Summer’s betrayal. It seems like a given that Summer would take Jack’s advice and fire her mother — especially since Kyle has a say. Summer did just that, and Phyllis is still shocked. So what will she do next?
Y&R Spoilers: A New Hope
Finally, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) seems to have a plan for his return to Genoa City. He wants to make a big life change, and he’s pitched a new platform to Chancellor-Winters in an effort to put down some roots and make the changes he wants to make. Now Y&R spoilers point out that Daniel takes on a new venture. Is it the one he’s planned with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), or does he have something else up his sleeve?
