Y&R Spoilers for August 2: Victoria Helps Ashland Face the Future

Y&R spoilers for Monday, August 2, 2021
 Comments

Y&R spoilers for Monday, August 2, 2021, pick up with Ashland Locke deciding to get medical treatment – which will affect his future with Victoria Newman. Plus, Sally Spectra tries to fix the mess Phyllis Summers made between her and Jack Abbott.

Y&R Spoilers Highlights

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) claiming she’d fallen in love with him was what finally convinced Ashland (Richard Burgi) to seek out treatment for his lung cancer. Now they have a future to plan! Obviously, they’ll still merge their two companies, but now it looks like Victoria won’t be the sole powerbroker.

More importantly, if Ashland stays alive past the six months his doctors gave him, then he doesn’t need to roll over and play dead as Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) demands full custody of Harrison (Kellen Enriquez). It means he can fight back, maybe even introduce the boy to Father’s new friend, Victoria.

Could we be gearing up for a nasty custody battle between Tara and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) against Ashland and Victoria? Is Victoria ready for this? Is she even interested?

And will this umpteenth Newman versus Abbott fight (who cares about the Lockes, they’re peripheral here) pull in their respective families? It’s been a long time since Y&R spoilers teased Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) going at it. We know they’ve just been itching for an excuse.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Chances Are

Jack cut Sally (Courtney Hope) out of his life for good – again. But she refuses to give up, even when the guy has shown he’s not worthy of her devotion. If he believes the word of absolutely anyone else over hers, then why does she feel she needs to bother?

And, yet, she feels she needs to bother. So Sally makes one more pitch to Jack…even as Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is winging it out to L.A. to get the whole story out of Eric Forrester (John McCook).
