The Y&R spoilers for Tuesday, August 2, 2022, continue with the investigation into Ashland Locke’s death, with Chance Chancellor turning to Kevin Fisher for help with sleuthing. Meanwhile, Victor Newman threatens Adam Newman with toeing the line once again, now that he’s done with Victoria Newman and Nicholas Newman, and Noah Newman and Allie Nguyen talk family history.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
Looks like Chance (Conner Floyd) is not taking Victor’s (Eric Braeden) theory of what happened to Ashland (Robert Newman) at face value. He’s actually doing his detective job and investigating the alleged act of God. But what good is a cop without a computer guru these days?
The Genoa City Police Department is paying Kevin (Greg Rikaart) a retainer, so Chance might as well use him. We do wonder what magic buttons Kevin will find to push that will make any clearer what really happened between Nick (Joshua Morrow) shoving him and Ashland’s body turning up at the bottom of the river. Security cameras? Cell phone triangulation? Forensic reconstruction? Tune in to find out!

Young & Restless Spoilers: Circle the Wagons
Nick and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) started this mess, yet Victor feels the need to lecture Adam (Mark Grossman) yet again about family loyalty. He wants to make sure that his youngest son won’t do anything to hurt his brother and sister during Chance’s investigation or use their troubles to get back his position as CEO. The only person allowed to jerk family members around in such a manner is Victor. You got that?

Once upon a time, a Newman grandson like Noah (Rory Gibson) kind of, sort of dating an Abbott granddaughter like Allie (Kelsey Wang) would have meant high drama and lots of teeth clenching, real Romeo and Juliet stuff.
