The Y&R spoilers for Thursday, August 12, 2021 focus on Billy Abbott knowing something he shouldn’t know…and Lily Winters hesitant to share it with the world. Plus, Nate Hastings and Elena Dawson are having trouble hooking up…we wonder who might, cough cough, take advantage of the missed connections?
Because Billy (Jason Thompson) is an Abbott – and Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) ex-husband – he has the inside track to all the drama going on in the Locke household. He knows about Ashland’s (Richard Burgi) cancer treatments – and about Tara’s (Elizabeth Leiner) arrest, not to mention the question of Harrison’s custody, and Ashland and Victoria’s engagement.
In other words, he knows stuff the normal reporter doesn’t. But does that mean Billy is at liberty to share it with the world? Sure, it would mean great hits for Chance Comm. And is there anything more important than that?
But Lily (Christel Khalil) wonders about the ethics of it. This is a man’s private health crisis they’re talking about, not to mention the fate of a pre-schooler…who doesn’t know his beloved mommy is in jail. Let’s think about this, Billy. Let’s think hard.
Nobody ever claimed that two doctors trying to maintain a love life would have it easy, especially Y&R spoilers. Nate (Sean Dominic) and Elena (Brytni Sarpy) would love to be together…if it weren’t for those damn beepers! One of them is always being called away on an emergency. Which makes moving their romance forward hard — and hard to plan.
Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) is ever so sorry about the troubles they’re having. But, hey, if Elena isn’t around, Imani is happy to keep Nate company. They can talk about…uhm…Amanda (Mishael Morgan). And when they’re done talking, well, who knows what might happen then. We’re sure Imani will think of something, right?
