Y&R Spoilers: Abby Looks For Chance, Mariah Looks For Help

The Y&R spoilers for Tuesday, September 7, 2021, continue to circle around like Bowinic (Bowie and Dominic as a smush name) as Abby Chancellor tries to locate her husband to let him know he’s a father, Sharon Rosales steps in with a still unsettled Mariah Copeland, and Rey Rosales puts Adam Newman on notice.

The Y&R Spoilers Highlights

From the beginning, Abby (Melissa Ordway) insisted that while the sperm was Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) was the one gestating the baby, she and Chance were the parents. Devon keeps saying the same thing. He’s not the dad, Chance is.

Well, as of now, Chance doesn’t even know that he is a dad, that his son has been born, or that his name isn’t Phillip the Umpteenth. Abby tries to get a message to him, but the lack of response suggests maybe Chance has other priorities? That can’t really be a good thing for his long-term parental prospects, can it?

Young and the Restless: Left Behind

Meanwhile, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) can see that Mariah (Camryn Grimes) isn’t having as easy of a time letting go of the child she carried and gave birth to as she assumed she would.

Which is what Sharon (Sharon Case) warned her about from the start, having been a mother and knowing that Mariah had not had that experience. Now, Tessa turns to Sharon for help with getting through to a more and more distant Mariah.

Y&R: I Know What You Did Last Summer

Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) felt compelled to play nice with Adam (Mark Grossman) after he donated a kidney to Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) and Sharon and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) were so grateful.

But now he thinks Adam is using his new saintly status as a way to get closer to Rey’s wife. Which means it’s time to have another chat about Rey’s hands-off-my-woman policy. And Sharon’s promise not to encourage him.
