The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal good news about Cane and Juliet’s baby–with a little surprise.

All Is Well In Babyland
The possibility of something being wrong with their child was weighing heavy on both Juliet (Laur Allen) and Cane’s (Daniel Goddard) minds. The time between taking the genetic tests and getting the call from the doctor was torture.

Thankfully, all the worry was for nothing when it looks like the baby will have a clean bill of health. It’s a moment the parents-to-be can take a deep breath and share their relief.

Another Surprise Is Coming
The baby’s health isn’t the only thing the doctor has to discuss. She knows the sex of the baby and is more than willing to share the news if the parents want to hear it.

While Juliet is more than happy to be surprised, Cane wants to know straight away. There’s no sense delaying the inevitable and it’ll give him time to adjust to his roll in Juliet’s life.

It’s A Boy!
It turns out, Juliet’s expecting a boy! The announcement brings tears of joy to Juliet and Cane’s eyes, but for very different reasons.

Juliet Panics
Juliet’s relief over the baby’s health fades fast as she realizes she doesn’t know much about raising a little boy. She’s a girly girl through and through and isn’t sure she can handle the pressure a son brings.

Luckily, her son’s father is a seasoned pro at this whole parenting deal. Raising twins wasn’t an easy task but it’s given Cane all the experience in the world to help Juliet get this right.
