The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Thursday, August 16 reveal things coming down to the wire as Lily begins making her amends, Nick asserts himself (professionally and personally), and Phyllis sends out an SOS.
Forgive Me, Devon, For I Have Sinned
Lily (Christel Khalil) has spent most of this week walking around, beating her breast, and announcing that she is ready to accept any and all punishments for her role in Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and her baby’s death.
At the same time, she’s been asking everyone she meets if they think she deserves to go to prison for 20 years. They’ve all assured her she doesn’t. Lily then reiterated how she’s ready to pay the price.
But she’s not done yet! Lily still has more stops on her Watch Me Make Amends Tour.
She’s sorry for Cane (Daniel Goddard) thinking he should spirit them all off to Australia. She’s sorry Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) had to Google her potential sentence, and she’s sorry Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) broke up with Shauna (Camryn Hamm) over this.
But, now it’s time for the main event. Lily is sorry in front of Devon (Bryton James) – again.

Victor (Eric Braeden) warned Sharon (Sharon Case) that Nick (Joshua Morrow) would need to eat, sleep, and breathe business if he wants a shot at taking down Victor – not that he ever could. That won’t leave Nick much time for his family or his new bride.
Oh, yeah? You just watch Nick go! He is ready to take on his father and prove himself once and for all in life.
However, is Sharon ready to handle this side of Nick? That’s the question as they prepare to wed yet again.
You’re My Only Hope
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) freaks out when she realizes Summer (Hunter King) knows she slept with Nick after Phyllis threw Billy (Jason Thompson) out… and Nick was afraid Sharon had left him.
So she reaches out for help. From the last person she should be reaching out for help from. But, isn’t that always the way with some people?
