The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Jack taking a step back from work, romance, and even his family to embark on a journey of self-discovery.

A Need For the Truth
Jack’s (Peter Bergman) world fell apart the moment he got back the shocking DNA test saying he wasn’t an Abbott.

He’s gone through classic steps of mourning, including grief, anger, and now acceptance. He’s ready to move forward with his life but it’ll take him looking back in time before he can face the future.

Jack’s ready to start digging Dina’s dirt in the hopes of finding out everything he can about his biological father.

Let The Hunt Begin!
Unfortunately, his search will be like finding a needle in a haystack.

He has to retrace all of Dina’s known steps in the hopes of coming across evidence that’ll lead him in the right direction. It’s going to be a long, tough road, but he’s determined to reach the finish line.

This also means putting his whole life on hold. He’s giving up his new dream of starting a new company.

Plus, he’s abandoned all hope of returning to Jabot (at least for now) so he can find his real father. While this may seem a little drastic, Jack feels can’t handle any distractions.

Jack’s first stop will be at the oldest club in Genoa City to pour through the records of every member around the time Dina began her affair. He has page after page of all who would come and go and Jack’s sure his father’s name is there somewhere.

Is The Truth Worth It?
Jack may think he wants answers but he may not like what he finds. In fact, the truth could spin his entire world upside down once again and leave him and his siblings begging for even more answers.
