It’s been nearly one year since General Hospital (GH) star Emme Rylan gave birth to her adorable daughter, Dakota Rose.
Like most women, she didn’t bounce right back into shape before you could blink, and instead embarked on a fitness routine that shows slow and steady wins the race.
Rylan recently shared a snap of her at about nine months pregnant versus now and expressed her pride and gratitude that all those workouts have given way to a new fab and fit body to be proud of.
Like many women, she’s relieved and excited to see all that hard work is paying off. We must say, Rylan does look amazing as a mother of three kids (two older boys and almost-one-year-old Dakota).

Rylan even had an accident chasing her kids that sent her into a cast and onto crutches, so she lost some full body workout time, yet still achieved quite the goal.
