The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Victoria reliving her absolute worst nightmare as she takes the stand and bares her soul, hoping the jury will believe her tale.
Victoria Fights Back!
This is it. It is the last stand for the Newman ladies. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) takes the stand and hopes to save them all.
It’s their last hope and if relaying the harrowing story of JT’s abuse doesn’t work, it means a future of jumpsuits and jail time.
Michael (Christian LeBlanc) walks Victoria through her and JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) entire relationship. All his harsh words, angry fits, and even his violent outbursts. Vicky bravely opens up about it all.
Horrifying Evidence!
Michael produces the notes from Vicky’s therapist and the video footage of the first attack presented as shocking and compelling evidence.
The jury will see the terror in her eyes when JT put his hands around her neck and pounded his fist right beside her head.

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) acted on instinct when she found him beating on her child. She did what any mother would do — she attacked right back!
Christine Slips Up!

Christine (a victim of abuse and attacked herself by the very defense attorney she is up against) asks questions every abused woman dreads.
Why were the police not called the first time JT hit her? Why did she not get a restraining order? And, why did Vicky keep the abuse a secret from her family?
Christine’s (Lauralee Bell) counter-arguments will be damaging, but does she go too far? Attacking an abuse victim sometimes pays off, sure, but may not end well in this case. Especially when it comes out she was the one who brought JT to town in the first place!
