The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) raw breakdown for Thursday, May 3 promise desperate plans and a stunning challenge. Get ready for an edge-of-your-seat episode tomorrow!
At Crimson Lights, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Neil (Kristoff St. John) talk JT (Thad Luckinbill). Suddenly, their conversation interrupted by a phone call from Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). She needs to see Sharon immediately.
Elsewhere, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) gets a phone call from Nikki as well. The Newman matriarch wants them both at the Ranch as soon as possible. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is unhinged!
A short time later, the women gather and Nikki updates them: Vicky has a horrible idea. Before her daughter could spill the beans, Victor (Eric Braeden) shows up!

As soon as he is out of sight, Vicky tells the group she wants to make a full confession! The women are appalled by her outrageous idea.
They want to know how she will pull it off. Victoria retells the tale, and it seems believable enough until Phyllis points out all the holes! It’s obvious her story won’t work.
Across town, a nervous Kyle meets with Victor (Eric Braeden) to update him on Jabot.
Back at the house, the women shut Vicky down. Her plan is not airtight! Victoria refuses to back down and proclaims she has to do it.
Back at the meeting, Kyle tries to sell himself to Victor. Sadly for him, it doesn’t faze the Newman powerhouse. Across the room, Billy spies them together.
In the meantime, Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Charlie chat about Dina’s (Marla Adams) declining health. He wants to make a great video for Abby and the Abbotts. Thankfully, Neil gives him some sound advice and the young man takes the tips to heart.
Elsewhere, It’s Sharon’s turn to try and convince Vicky confessing is a horrible idea. Amazingly, her speech works and Vicky agrees. Phyllis is impressed by Sharon.

Sometime later, Phyllis and Sharon are back at Crimson Lights. Thoroughly impressed by her speech, Phyllis gushes over Sharon’s new attitude.
What she’s not impressed by is Vicky. Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) reveals she is worried about the troubled woman and has a person keeping tabs on the Newman.
Across town, Billy (Jason Thompson) drops by the table to visit with Victor (Eric Braeden) and Kyle. He let’s the younger Abbott know Jack won’t be happy about the meeting. Kyle tries to defend his actions, but Billy rejects them and leaves.
Victor does not seem impressed. Additionally, when Kyle gives him Jack’s paternity evidence, the Newman powerhouse appears more disgusted than happy.
Elsewhere, a broken Vicky is back at home. Torn, she decides to go through with the confession. Vicky writes a farewell letter to her family explaining the reasons for her actions. However, when she opens the door to leave, Phyllis is there.
A short time later, Nikki arrives and tries to convince Vicky to keep mum. However, the unhinged Newman crumbles and admits she may not be able to keep the secret much longer….continue reading on the next page —>

They come up with a plan. Vicky will go away to a beauty conference. The troubled Newman seems open to the idea.
At Crimson Lights, Neil is just about to play a video with Dina (probably the one where she spills the beans on Jack), but Charlie stops him.
In the meantime, Billy tries to get Phyllis to let loose, but she strikes him down, and shocks him: She is going on a business trip with Vicky!
Back at Vicky’s house, Nikki and Sharon watch Phyllis and Vicky leave for the trip. The Newman matriarch is torn to pieces by the situation.
Elsewhere, Kyle is shocked Victor isn’t reacting the way he expected. The Newman power player challenges him instead!
