The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) raw breakdown for Tuesday, May 22 reveals Hilary and Devon working together to make two teenagers very happy while Billy and Phyllis work to make Jack very sad!
At the Abbott house, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) updates Kyle (Michael Mealor) on Jack’s (Peter Bergman) about-face. One moment he was spiraling out of control, falling deeper into the depths of despair, and now he is charged up and ready to go. Something is not right with Jack’s behavior.
However, Ashley will need to find Jack first if she wants answers. He’s not at the house.
At Jabot, Billy (Jason Thompson) is surprised to see Jack. The younger brother updates him on company changes including his status change. Billy is now the CEO.
Over at HW, Mariah has become Hilary and Devon’s runner. She delivers special packages to them.
At home, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) bask in the glow of togetherness and they decide to update the family on their relationship status.
Across town, Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) discuss Jack’s situation. Victor makes it clear he is not interested in Jack’s problems, he needs to focus on JT. Nikki is unfazed. She alerts them that Sharon has invited them to dinner.
At the studio, Devon and Hilary roll out their scheme. Devon spies Charlie and Shauna assisting the special prom shoot. He pulls Charlie over and gives his nephew a new task – modeling the prom clothes. The teenager is shocked but complies.
At Jabot, Billy and Jack are locked in a heated argument. Jack wants to resume business as usual while Billy wants him to leave his post. Billy believes Jack needs to recover from the horrendous paternity scandal. However, Jack feels differently.
Outside, Phyllis overhears the brothers arguing and goes to intervene. When the brothers see her, the redhead speaks her mind. It leaves Jack stunned….continue reading on the next page —->

At Jabot, Phyllis sides with Billy and wants Jack to step down. However, Jack refuses to give up his place at Jabot. Eventually, he storms out of the office and bumps into Kyle. The father and son head off.
At the studio, Hilary and Mariah convince Shauna to model prom wear for the live show. The shy teenager is reluctant but gives into Hilary’s request.
Back at home, Nick pulls Victor aside and updates him. The Newman patriarch is shocked, but not as shocked as Nikki.
Across town, Jack is back at the bar. This time, he is with Kyle. However, he is not drowning himself in alcohol, but calmly mulling over his situation with a cup of coffee. The father and son rehash the situation and come to a conclusion. They head back to the office.
At Jabot, Phyllis begins to plant the seeds of power in Billy. She wants them to work together to control Jabot and Fenmore.
Back at the studio, Hilary and Devon bring out Shuana and Charlie for the finale of their prom-themed show. The teenagers are smitten with each other and they both agree to go to prom together!
