At HW, Kyle’s new offer sends Neil spinning. It’s outrageous and he refuses to sign the contract.
Eventually, Neil makes a proposition: keep the contract as is or HW is out. Kyle refuses to modify the contents and Neil makes it clear. They don’t need the contract.
Neil leaves the young man shaken. However, his bruised ego is forgotten when he spies Tessa across the room.

Back in the barn, Sharon joins Nick. It’s a somber moment, and Nick spills all to her. They bond over Cassie, his job, and their future.
Over at Jabot, Ashley is not impressed by Billy’s antics with Phyllis. She warns her brother his behavior needs to change! Once again, Ashley attempts to give Billy some advice on his management style. Once again, her plans end badly.
