Has Ashley (Eileen Davidson) been playing the long con at Jabot? Ashley first left her family company and moved onto Newman Enterprises after Jack (Peter Bergman) invoked the Blood Abbot Only clause. How’s that working out for you, Jack?
Ashley swore she was loyal to Victor (Eric Braeden), and even took advantage of Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) stupidity to get out of the way.
In Ashley’s defense, not taking advantage of Victoria’s stupidity would have been stupid.
Now Ashley is giving Billy (Jason Thompson) suggestions on how he should run Jabot, and she slips up just a little too much before catching herself.

Another Abbott with a dozen agendas – all for his own benefit – is Kyle (Michael Mealor). First, he threw his lot in with Victor (Eric Braeden).
Victor messed with him for a while, used him, then told Kyle he wasn’t good enough. To be fair, that’s how Victor treats his own kids, so maybe it’s a sign of affection.
