The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday April 12 promise stunning confessions and regretful actions.

A depressed Vicky (Amelia Heinle) is back in Genoa City with Reed and her two little ones. JT (Thad Luckinbill) is not with them. Reed demands an explanation for their abrupt change of plans, and a flustered Vicky can’t bring herself to tell him the truth. An upset Reed storms off.

Over at Crimson Lights, Sharon (Sharon Case) is surprised to see Reed at the cafe asking for coffee. She questions why he isn’t on vacation, and Reed doesn’t hold back.

He spills everything to Sharon. At that moment, Billy (Jason Thompson) shows up and catches the barrage of bad news from Reed.

At the office, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is surprised to see Vicky at her desk barking orders. However, as soon as Ashley questions her, The Newman daughter crumbles.

Back at Crimson Lights, Sharon shocks Mariah (Camryn Grimes) with plans to cheer up Victoria with an impromptu ‘Breakup’ party. Sadly, when Sharon goes to invite the guests to the party, she learns Victoria has more enemies than friends.

Back at the office, Vicky (Amelia Heinle) makes a startling confession to Ashley (Eileen Davidson) about JT (Thad Luckinbill). She knows Ashley did not leak the email; it was JT’s doing. The news blows Ashley away.

However, Ashley recovers quickly and lets Vicky know she is still pursuing the top seat at Newman!

At Crimson Lights, Sharon (Sharon Case) manages to snag in one guest for Vicky’s surprise party.

Elsewhere, Billy (Jason Thompson) comforts Vicky. However, Vicky keeps tight-lipped on the real reason why she broke up with JT.

At the Abbott house, Kyle makes an unannounced visit. Ashley is none too pleased about his reasons for dropping by.

Back at Crimson Lights, a smug Sharon wants a high-five from Mariah for roping in Nikki to the party! However, that’s not enough.

Billy picks up the phone and warns her he is on babysitting duty. He can’t make the party. It’s Phyllis she wants, not him.

At the Abbott house, Kyle and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) knock heads. Kyle takes jabs at his aunt for her ‘misguided’ business decisions. She immediately kicks him out, but not before Kyle warns her that she is powerless to stop him. Little does Kyle know, Ashley has the mother of all weapons against him.

Elsewhere, Billy (Jason Thompson) pleads with Phyllis to attend Vicky’s party. The redhead resists the idea and wants nothing to do with Vicky and Sharon.

At home, Vicky (Amelia Heinle) breaks the gut-wrenching news to her young children. It is a moment she dreads. However, they seem too young to understand, and she doesn’t bother explaining more..

Elsewhere, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) meets with Billy (Jason Thompson) to discuss Kyle’s troubling plans to take over the company. They arrive at a shocking conclusion.

In the meantime, Sharon (Sharon Case), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) , Mariah (Camryn Grimes), and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) surprise Vicky with an impromptu girls party. Everyone dives in for the margaritas (made extra strong), and Vicky updates the party guests she is no longer with JT. However, she keeps the details of their breakup under wraps.

Nikki also shares the good news that Victor is well on his way to a full recovery. Soon enough, Phyllis forces Nikki to reveal their special arrangement. She does have a younger lover, and so does Victor. Everyone is shocked!

Mariah takes the soapbox next and proclaims she is happy on her own and she’s bisexual! Everyone is shocked, but not surprised. Sharon takes center stage next, and Phyllis wants to know about her relationship with Nick.

However, before Sharon can give more details about it, they are interrupted by knocking on the door. When Vicky opens it, JT is there for her.

Vicky tells JT to leave, but he refuses. He is even more enraged when he learns about her party. However, JT disguises his disgust with saccharine sweetness. He pleads with Vicky to take him back.

Inside, Sharon confronts Phyllis about Nick and puts it out there: maybe Phyllis is jealous of Sharon and wants Nick for herself. She storms off, and Sharon follows behind but stops in her tracks when she notices a drunk Mariah is passed out.

Back outside, Vicky tells JT off once and for all. She goes back inside leaving him to stew over the situation. She lies to everyone that it was Abby at the door.

The party goes back into full swing until Vicky stops everyone and tells them the awful, awful truth about why she left JT. He abused her. Everyone is stunned speechless.
