Horrible Consequences
Lauren (Tracey Bregman) and Michael (Christian LeBlanc) visit Jill (Jess Walton) and beg for her help. A tearful Lauren, hat in hand, asks her sister for the money to pay for her son’s ransom.
A horrified Jill has to let them know that she can’t loan them the money. It looks like this is just more collateral damage from Colin (Tristan Rogers) having swindled her.
Good Business
Cane must be acting needy again, still kicking himself for not sitting in Victoria’s CEO chair and wondering how long he will last at Brash & Sassy.
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) wonders how many times she’s had to tell Cane (Daniel Goddard) that she appreciates his contribution to the team, but now she wants to show it.
Considering she hired a photographer who has a past with Cane’s wife, she’s got a long way to go to making him feel like he’s on solid ground again.

Victor (Eric Braeden) seems to be at a crossroads. He doesn’t want to continue running Newman Enterprises, but he knows there is something out there he can be doing.
Thinking he now knows what that is, he asks Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) what she thinks about him writing the story of his life.
After all, he’s seen so much and while there is a biography out there (remember Leanna Love’s Ruthless several years ago?), this time it would be in his own words. Is he sure he knows what he’s getting himself into?
