The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, July 17 reveal yet another day all about Adam. In fact, it seems impossible to remember a time when everyone in Genoa City wasn’t thinking and talking about all Adam, all the time.
Nick prepares to use Chance against Adam, Michael and Kevin make their own plans to take down his blackmailer, and Phyllis takes pains to make sure nothing can be tracked down to — or blamed on — her.
Change of Heart
Nick (Joshua Morrow) likes to think of himself as a straight-shooting guy… nothing, in other words, like Victor (Eric Braeden). But Nick’s been known to play dirty. And justify it as being for the greater good. Just like Victor.
Now that he knows Chance Chancellor, formerly the upright, military man grandson of Jill (Jess Walton), has gone rogue and taken a walk on the dark side… possibly with Adam (Mark Grossman). He is ready to destroy both of them if it means getting to keep Christian.
After all, he had to fight Victor for Christian last year, so he’s not about to give up this child now… especially to Adam.
Brothers In Arms
At the same time, Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) have their own plans to protect Chloe (Elizabeth Hedrickson) and Bella… and also Esther (Kate Linder, now that she’s in on the whole Chloe Is Dead scam.
Their plan also involves bringing down Adam. Will they join forces with Nick…or end up at cross-purposes? And who will end up paying the price?

Not Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), that’s for sure! Phyllis went to Las Vegas, and Phyllis learned… something… about Adam. She’s playing her cards close to the vest.
And she’s also working overtime to make sure that none of the fallout from Adam, Nick, Michael, and Kevin ever washes up on her shore.
Is she protecting her children, like Nick and Kevin? Is she protecting a loved one, like Michael? Nah, Phyllis is protecting Phyllis. What could be more important? The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
