Diane (Susan Walters) is getting fed up with her house arrest now that she realizes Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is alive. She’s itching to ditch her ankle monitor and get out and about in Genoa City while making big plans for her wedding.

Of course, Jack (Peter Bergman) advised patience, and Chance (Conner Floyd) recently said that they messed up the DNA evidence from the hair. So, when Diane receives an unexpected apology, it could come from many people. Perhaps Summer (Allison Lanier) tries to make amends, or maybe it is Christine (Lauralee Bell) since she uncovered Phyllis’s scheme.

Young & Restless Spoilers: Changing

Daniel (Michael Graziadei) has said that honesty is the best policy when it comes to Phyllis being alive. He wanted his mom to return and face the music. Summer insisted that her brother was wrong, but Daniel remained steadfast in his belief that they needed to tell the truth.

Now, after Daniel finally sees Phyllis alive, he has a change of heart. Could it be that Daniel can’t face the thought of his mom spending years behind bars? Perhaps he’s ready to help his mom and Summer come up with a plan to absolve her of her guilt in the situation.

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) isn’t all that happy with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) taking up with Nate (Sean Dominic), but she has tried to be supportive. Sure, she’s aware that Nick (Joshua Morrow) doesn’t trust Nate, but she’s willing to try to make things work.

Now, Nick is caught up in what is happening with Sharon (Sharon Case) and the return of Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby). And, Nikki confronts Nick about keeping secrets. Could it be that he’s trying to keep the latest threat to Sharon and their family under wraps?
