For the week of March 25 – March 29, on The Young and the Restless, spoilers tease characters cleaning up messes, taking charge, offering support, and needing a whole hell of a lot of support. You won’t want to miss this week of Y&R.
Cleaning Up Messes All Over the Place
After an extended time away from Genoa City, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil — who teases a whole new Lily here) returned to a perfect storm of toxic messes. In her personal life, she has to deal with Daniel (Michael Graziadei), who reunited with his ex-wife now that he has ‘fixed’ himself. In her professional life, she has to deal with too many chefs in the kitchen over at Chancellor-Winters.
Look for Lily to tackle her issues one after the other. First, she settles unfinished business with Heather (Vail Bloom). If Heather has to ask if she’s fired from CW that means nothing good. Second, an assortment of egos and agendas are making work life hellish for all involved. So, it’s no surprise Lily decides to take charge at the office. One voice, one agenda is exactly what is needed at the company. Why shouldn’t it be Lily’s?
Giving and Needing Support
What’s happened to Adam (Mark Grossman)? He was once a confident gentleman, who could hold his own. But now he’s losing disagreements with pretty much everyone.
Right now he and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) don’t see eye to eye on how to help Connor (Judah Mackey) and the kid in crisis is using that to his advantage. Will Chelsea and Adam be able to work together to help their son handle his diagnosis? Thankfully, Sally (Courtney Hope — who celebrated her pet’s milestone birthday recently) is there to give him some moral support. But when Nick (Joshua Morrow) doles out unsolicited advice to his half-brother, does he genuinely give it? If it isn’t, should Adam take it or ignore it? Have these brothers really made strides in their relationship?
Odds and Ends
Audra (Zuleyka Silver) allegedly makes a shocking decision. At this point, if it’s a shocking decision for Audra, then she’s about to leave Tucker (Trevor St. John) behind forever and ever. And, maybe she sees Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is truly struggling and needs help. Does Audra jump over to Team Ashley?
Speaking of which, Ashley’s brother and sister continue to worry about her. Jack (Peter Bergman) and Traci (Beth Maitland) are not only the latest of Genoa City’s citizens to notice something is wrong with Ashley. But are they going to be the first to do anything about it? Somebody needs to get Ashley some serious help.
Finally, who knew Diane (Susan Walters) would have to worry more about her son than Ashley, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) combined? Kyle (Michael Mealor) continues to be an issue at work. Diane continues to voice her opinions about what she thinks of her son’s unwillingness to put aside his ego to act as a subordinate to his mother. Can these two people put aside resentments before they irreparably damage their relationship? (A new Harrison is coming to Genoa City. Find out details here)
