Victor Newman has a heart-to-heart talk with his daughter.
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, January 17, 2024, tease that Victor shares some important insight with Victoria.
Victor (Eric Braeden) reluctantly gave Victoria (Amelia Heinle) the jet and security she asked for when she took Claire (Hayley Erin) to confront Jordan (Colleen Zenk). He wasn’t thrilled, and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) went off the deep end and fell off the wagon.

Now, Victor shares words of wisdom with Victoria. Will it have to do with bringing her long-lost daughter into the fold? It hasn’t worked so well for Victor with Adam (Mark Grossman) over the years, but maybe his advice will help Victoria avoid the things he did wrong with Adam.
Jack (Peter Bergman) and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) are both friends with Nikki. After last week’s drunken situation that Lauren helped Nikki out of, she realizes she’s in over her head, so Lauren enlists Jack to assist her.
The two work together to help Nikki, but will it be enough to get her through this difficult recovery? She has a long road ahead of her. Also, what will happen if Victor gets wind of Jack trying to help his wife? Will he appreciate it or could it reignite their war?
Things between Christine (Lauralee Bell) and Danny (Michael Damian) have gotten quite cozy since her breakup with Paul. Of course, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is there vying for his attention, but Christine has made it clear she’s all in when it comes to their mutual ex, especially when she revealed she and Danny were going on a romantic trip.
Of course, Phyllis isn’t one to back down, so she’s continued to pursue Danny any chance she gets. When she kissed him at the jazz club, though, Danny kissed her back. So it’s no wonder that Christine loses patience with Danny. Will he put Phyllis behind him once and for all? Will Christine still care after the eyeful she got?
