The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, January 8, 2024, focus on Victor realizing that his wife is not doing as well as she says she’s doing.
There’s no question that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has been through quite an ordeal, being shoved off the wagon by a vengeful Jordan (Colleen Zenk). The woman took glee in exacting revenge in a way that would shake up Nikki and Victor (Eric Braeden) to their core. It was horrific and while Victor would like to believe it’s behind them, he begins to have doubts.

But, is there something that sets Victor off to make him question Nikki’s sobriety? Is she missing again and he thinks that is where she may be? Does he ask her point blank if she’s drinking again? Or does he hear from yet another person that his wife may be in bigger trouble than everyone thinks?
Throughout her life, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) has worked hard — whether it’s in her personal life, her professional life, or a mixture of both. And yet when it came to her minutes-old marriage (they seemed so happy here), she didn’t hesitate to walk away from it.
Tucker (Trevor St. John) hasn’t hesitated to let her know his disappointment in her, their relationship, their business partnership, and any other way they may connect. Well, Ashley isn’t going to just take it so look for her to stand her ground with soon-to-be double ex.
As for Ashley’s brother and his quest to drive Tucker out of Genoa City, Jack (Peter Bergman) seems to have hit a snag because he has a warning for his son, Kyle (Michael Mealor). Those two seemed to be on the same page when it came to Kyle trying to fool Tucker into thinking he was turning on his family. Has Jack realized he may have put the family’s future in hands that may not be able to pull this off?
