The Young and the Restless — The Week Ahead
A drunken man’s words are a sober man’s thoughts. Or so they say. However, after awakening from a night of drinking, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) was regretting his actions. He wanted to take back what he told Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) the night before, maybe he wasn’t still in love with her. Talk about an awkward situation…
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is having trouble letting go of the past, more specifically, Ashland Locke’s past. Victor continues interrogating Ashland (Richard Burgi) and vowing not to let up until he gets answers. In a shocking turn of events, Ashland makes an announcement. He has a confession and wants to come clean with the Newmans. Will this be the admission Victor has been searching for? Perhaps Ashland will elaborate on Billy’s findings? Answering the question who is he and where did he really come from?
The Young and the Restless spoilers have shown Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) has been living in her own private hell on earth. Ever since she gave birth to Dominic, her world hasn’t been the same. Depression and PTSD have set in, and Abby Newman Abbott Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) doesn’t seem to care. After receiving new news from Abby this week, Mariah makes a heartbreaking decision.

Jack had a few drinks and bared his soul to Phyllis. He missed her, he loved her, and he wished they were still together. Phyllis was taken aback and unsure how to respond. Jack made it clear he was NOT making a move but his words spoke for themselves. He regretted their breakup.
Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) digging into Ashland garnered some rather strange results. As it turns out, Locke may not be Locke. Billy could not find proof the “Locke-ness” Monster was ever born or that his parents (who Ashland claims died years ago) ever existed. There wasn’t any record of the entire family at all, not even school records. Strange, right?
Abby trusted Mariah to watch the baby for a few hours and she regretted it upon getting home. Mariah was nowhere to be found and she all but called the cops to start a search. Thankfully, Mariah had only taken the baby for a walk. However, in a situation of bad timing, Abby overheard Mariah talk about how hard being a mother was and took the statement the wrong way.
